Scout Headquarters
Used by a number of community groups, the Scout Headquarters building consists of a small entrance area with coat hanging facilities, a hall, kitchen, separate mens and ladies toilets, plus an enclosed grassed area to the front. There are also chairs and tables should you need them.

Priory Wood campsite
Our woodland campsite is regularly used by other groups, providing an excellent environment for outdoor activities from Nursery School nature visits to Scout camping trips.
To book Priory Wood, simply follow these steps:
- First check availability on the calendar here
- Then email campsite@1stbishopsstortford.org.uk with the dates and times you would like to book.
- Your booking will be confirmed within 48 to 72 hours. This confirmation will include payment details and the address for key collection.

Hiring fees
Scout HQ
£14 per hour
(discounts available for volunteers)
Priory Wood
Evening – £10 per evening (no limit on numbers)
Day – £25 per day (no limit on numbers)
Camping (tents) – £4 per head per night
Camping (bunkhouse) – £4.50 per head per night
All fees are to be paid in advance of your booking, by bank transfer only. Keys will not be released if payment hasn't been received before your booking time. Keys will be available for collection 60 minutes before your booking and should be returned no later than 60 minutes after your booking. Failure to do so will jeopardise your ability to book the site in the future.
